New Clients
Welcome, please remember to type your Zip Code into the Local PSP Family Finder to the right. This will help us guide you to your local PSP Family.
Once you’ve found your Local PSP Family, new clients will need to fill out an initial inquiry form by clicking the “New? Signup Here!” button before being assigned a username and password for the online reservation and payment system.
New clients will receive their Pet Sit Pros username and password within 24 hours. Once you receive your username and password you can make a reservation online by clicking be “Returning? Login Here!” button below.
After you have received your username and password, new clients are required to schedule a FREE 30 Minute Meet & Greet Consultation before any new reservations can be confirmed. If you’d prefer more time, there will be a fee charged at our regular hourly rate. Meet and Greets are scheduled by appointment and take place in your home.
Returning Clients
Returning clients can log in to their account and make a new reservation, change an existing reservation, cancel a reservation, update the client and pet profile or make a payment any time by clicking the “Returning? Login Here!” button below.
